Upon hearing that I have never read Wives and Daughters my friend Amelia practically forced the novel into my hands. She and Bron demanded that I read it and keep them updated as I progessively get hooked. Stay tuned. Livejournal just might be the right forum for that kind of thing. It’s time to start exploring new territory in my bible reading. I have never made it through Ezekiel from beginning to end, so here goes. I started it this morning and it was incredibly weird and wonderful. There were impossible beasts, and wheels. And God was described to look like “the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud on the day of rain”. I am intrigued.
