The long weekend was cold but great none the less. I got lots of little things done: some gardening, my first sewing project (a petticoat!), catching up with friends around the place and watching Geelong win the AFL with my over-excited father. The best moment though was probably the day spent with Matt’s old CMS colleagues at Fitzroy Palace, the amazing sharehouse of fun. Apart from eating a delicious and very grown-up risotto, the rest of the day was like being a child stuck in an adult’s body. We played board games and backyard cricket and ate lollies and chips until I felt sick in my stomach!
